Job summary

A global infrastructure leader is seeking a Graphic Designer as part of its Advance graduate program. This full-time position in Abu Dhabi requires creative skills to deliver high-quality visuals for both digital and print materials. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field and a minimum GPA of 2.8. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential to support the creative team’s growth and project demands.

Job description

Performs creativeand graphicdesign tasks to deliver a range of outputs that effectively convey a message and capture the attention of our intended audiences. Uses a broad mix of design software and technology to create online and offline designs including:digital layouts web graphicsvideo UX3D proposals and other collateral. Acts as a brand ambassador for the AECOM brand and its usage.

This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation.

Job Summary

• Learns about the organization and marketings role in enabling growth.
• Assists other creatives in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns.
• Creates compelling visual designs and layouts for a range of print and digital materials such as social media graphics website mockups presentations and other media.
• Researches and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the creative process and produce high-quality work.
• Integrates with cross-functional teams including copywriters marketers and developers to ensure creative work aligns with project goals and client needs.
• Revises and refines designs based on feedback from team members clients and stakeholders.
• Ensures that all creative work meets brand guidelines and standards. Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meets project deadlines.
• Works alongside work winning teams to create digital and printed collateral including proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Digital Media Architecture or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Proficiency in design tools and software including Adobe Creative Cloud and digital layout/3D/UX tools as expected in graduate design roles.
• Strong visual communication creativity and ability to produce highquality digital and print designs.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure accuracy and consistency in all creative outputs.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with crossfunctional creative and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to learn adapt and stay up to date with industry trends and evolving creative tools.
