Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail invites fresh graduates to join the SINYAR Graduate Program as a Financial Analyst. You will work with the BP&A team on planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analysis, gaining hands-on exposure to finance within Retail.

The program targets graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8 and up to 1 year of experience; a strong numerical mindset and proficiency in Excel are essential to succeed and grow in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting activities for the BP&A team.
• Assist with preparation and consolidation of financial information.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and delivered on time.
