Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• All applicants, including those with previous experience, must meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.8.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interest in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Planning and Analysis team in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial information for business planning purposes.
• Help organize financial data required for budget reviews and forecasting exercises.
• Work with finance colleagues to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial information.
• Support the timely preparation and submission of financial reports and planning materials.
• Develop an understanding of how financial plans and forecasts support business objectives across Al-Futtaim Retail.
• Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc financial reports for the finance team and business stakeholders.
• Analyse financial information to identify trends, potential risks, and business opportunities.
• Support the review of financial performance and reporting requirements.
• Follow up with relevant business teams to obtain financial information and clarify reporting matters.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial insights that support business decision-making.
