Job Description
- Utilise new technology initiatives within the structural department, including computational design, parametric modelling, and engineering software integration.
- Begin to build relationships with other design stakeholders internally and with external organisations.
- Carry out duties in accordance with company procedures and implement prescribed systems of work.
- Follow the company training scheme, fulfilling objectives to assist personal development and provide a basis for future progression within the company.
- Contribute to the development of company systems by reviewing existing procedures and providing feedback.
- Participate in task groups to represent your team.
- Attend team meetings and provide feedback on development opportunities.
- Apply policies related to health & safety, quality, and training.
- Responsible for development and production of drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
- Understand design philosophy and fundamentals.
- Familiar with architect and service engineer drawings and specifications.
- Dubai Municipality accreditation is desirable.
Qualifications
Graduate Engineer with good knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk assessment, claim assessment, analytical concepts, CAD standards, and 3D working.

- Proficiency in new technology initiatives, including computational design, parametric modelling, and engineering software integration.
