Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai invites a UAE National Graduate Engineer to join our Stakeholder Management team. You will bridge communication between engineers and key project stakeholders, coordinate information flow, and support contract, vendor, and procurement processes.

Based in Dubai, you will contribute to stakeholder engagement strategies, prepare reports, monitor timelines, and help onboard new team members and external partners.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory requirement).
• Recent engineering graduate or equivalent professional experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates using clear and professional communication
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and address stakeholder concerns
• Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of stakeholder issues and conflicts
• Assist in contract management, vendor coordination, and procurement activities
• Monitor project progress and timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of stakeholder interactions and project milestones
• Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members and external partners
