AECOM is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role offers an excellent start for recent graduates to work on innovative mechanical projects within a professional corporate environment.

- Minimum GPA 2.8 or higher.
- UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered per UAE labour law.
Responsibilities
- Assist in design and development of mechanical components using CAD tools.
- Conduct analyses and simulations to optimize performance.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and provide analytical insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and specs.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation per company standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Perform calculations and data analysis related to mechanical systems.
- Assist in testing and validation to meet performance requirements.

We are seeking a talented Graduate in Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic engineering team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch a rewarding career in mechanical engineering while working on innovative projects within a professional corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD software and industry-standard tools
- Conduct technical analysis and simulations to evaluate mechanical designs and optimize performance
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for engineering projects
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions
- Participate in design reviews and provide analytical insights to improve product quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet technical specifications
- Maintain organized project files and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and identifying optimization opportunities
- Perform calculations and data analysis related to mechanical systems and components
- Assist in testing and validation activities to ensure designs meet performance requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University
- Candidates must be recent 2025 or 2026 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
- Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
