Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.
• Recent graduates from 2025 or 2026 eligible for the Graduate Program.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of mechanical components using CAD and standard tools.
• Conduct analyses and simulations to evaluate designs and optimize performance.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and documentation for engineering projects.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide analytical insights to improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet schedules and specs.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes.
• Perform calculations and data analysis related to mechanical systems and components.
• Assist in testing and validation activities to ensure designs meet performance requirements.

We are seeking a talented Graduate in Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic engineering team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. • Conduct technical analysis and simulations to evaluate mechanical designs and optimize performance
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for engineering projects
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions
• Participate in design reviews and provide analytical insights to improve product quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet technical specifications
• Maintain organized project files and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and identifying optimization opportunities

• Assist in testing and validation activities to ensure designs meet performance requirements

Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University
2. Candidates must be recent 2025 or 2026 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
4. As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only
