We are seeking a motivated and talented Emirati graduate to join our team as a Graduate Civil Engineer. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in building structures who are eager to develop their skills and contribute to exciting projects.

Your new role, what's involved?

  • Assist in the preparation of detailed designs and drawings for building structures.
  • Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and compliance with local standards.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Participate in site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for project submissions.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors and ensuring technical follow-up of orders.
  • Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and building codes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
