Job summary

Marsh invites graduates to join the MEA Risk Engineering / Technology & Innovation team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The role focuses on data analysis, digitalization, and building internal tools for Energy and Power businesses, supporting risk engineering deliverables and client work.

Candidates should be strong in Excel, have programming exposure, and be proactive and well-organized. UAE nationals preferred; hybrid working options in the UAE are available.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in a programming language and familiarity with automation tools, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
• Proactive, eager to learn, well-organized, and able to perform well under pressure.
• UAE National only.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Digitalization: Understand workflows, identify improvements, and design digital solutions.
• Innovation and Software Development: Build and maintain internal tools for Energy and Power teams.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, organize, and validate data using Excel and internal tools.
• Collaboration with Risk Engineers: Support risk assessments, insurance submissions, and client presentations.
• Training & Development: Shadow risk engineers during field surveys and participate in training.
• Tools & Software: Use Microsoft Office to organize data and present findings; apply automation where possible.
• Organization & Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
