A leading electrical solutions provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Application Engineer to develop and support primary equipment applications for power system assets. The role involves collaborating with various teams in the MEA region, providing technical expertise to customers, and participating in business development. The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in electrical engineering, is customer-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. A good command of English and Arabic is essential, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in testing of power systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Knowledge of French, Turkish, or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support primary equipment applications for power system assets.
• Act as the technical point of contact for primary applications in the MEA region.
• Support commissioning, testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to regional business development by identifying customer needs.
• Participate in regional user meetings and technical events.
