Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Dubai seeks recent graduates for an AI Specialisation Track to shape how AI is used to deliver better outcomes across the MEA region. You will learn through senior mentors, work on AI pilots, and gain exposure to global AI initiatives.

The program focuses on foundational AI, prompt engineering with Copilot, GenAI certifications, and responsible AI practices while developing critical professional skills and collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained within the last 24 months in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with projects, coursework, or internships involving data, analytics, or AI.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their application to solving real business challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
