Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the UAE is launching a UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme in Dubai. This 24‑month rotation program develops Emirati leaders across service lines, offering mentorship, structured learning, and exposure to Markets & Research, Valuation, Corporate Solutions, Asset Management, and more.

You will rotate across functions, work on real client projects, and build core skills in financial analysis, data modeling, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Marketing, or related fields.
• Graduation from a recognized university with strong academic standing.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Rotate Across Business Functions to gain exposure to different service lines.
• Work on Real Projects with live client engagements and impactful initiatives.
• Develop Core Competencies in financial analysis, data modeling, client communication, and presentation development.
• Receive Mentorship & Coaching from senior leaders to guide your development.
• Participate in Structured Learning through formal training and certifications.
