Job summary

JLL UAE invites UAE Nationals to join the UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme in Dubai. This 24‑month rotational programme provides exposure to multiple service lines and mentorship from senior leaders.

Graduates gain hands-on project experience, develop core analytical and communication skills, and benefit from targeted training and a clear path to permanent placement within JLL UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Marketing) or related fields
• Graduation from a recognized university with strong academic standing
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• Graduation within the last 12–24 months, or final-year students graduating in 2025

Responsibilities

• Rotate across business functions including Markets & Research, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Solutions, and more.
• Work on live client engagements and projects across UAE market.
• Develop core competencies in financial analysis, data modeling, and presentation development.
• Receive mentorship and structured learning throughout the programme.
• Build a network across business lines with potential for permanent placement.
