Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Dubai is seeking UAE National graduates for the UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme. This 24-month, full-time, on-site role offers rotations across service lines and hands-on involvement in real client engagements from day one.

You will build core skills in financial analysis, data modeling, and client communication while receiving dedicated mentorship and formal learning opportunities, paving the way for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple service lines within JLL.
• Work on real client engagements and live projects.
• Develop core competencies in financial analysis, data modeling, and presentation development.
• Receive mentorship and coaching throughout the programme.
• Build a professional network across business lines.
