Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Elementary/Primary) or equivalent with recognized teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Elementary students, preferably in American or IB curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaborative, innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with DAA's curriculum and standards.
• Develop creative teaching strategies that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and a love of learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners in an international context.
• Build strong partnerships with students, colleagues and parents.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture rooted in respect and global citizenship.
• Engage in regular reflection and collaboration to sustain high teaching standards.
