Call and send email to the company relating to GPS malfunction.
Check and analyze waste collection and discharge time and location to identify illegal activity.
Prepare a list of unsolved issues after GPS was done to be reported to the Market Control Supervisor.
Submit updated daily & monthly reports of the work done and the status of each GPS status of the cleaning company including its details.
Other tasks given by the department/management.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in any field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or telemarketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage people and resolve conflicts effectively. The role also requires solid quantitative and performance management skills, as well as the ability to engage and influence others through clear, professional communication. Basic Excel skills required.
