Job summary

Amana Healthcare in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified General Practitioner - Aesthetics to provide non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments. Required are MBBS or equivalent, DOH GP license/eligibility, Aesthetic Medicine certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility as GP.
• Certification in Aesthetic Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Current BLS certification and active practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for aesthetic concerns.
• Perform non-surgical procedures (Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, threads).
• Deliver facial rejuvenation and skin enhancement using approved technologies.
• Educate patients on options, outcomes, risks and aftercare.

Amana Healthcare is seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Practitioner - Aesthetics to provide high-quality non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering safe, evidence-based aesthetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for aesthetic concerns.


• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, mesotherapy, PRP treatments, thread lifting, and other aesthetic treatments within scope of practice.


• Deliver facial rejuvenation and skin enhancement treatments using approved technologies and techniques.


• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-procedure care.


• Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure appropriate follow-up care.


• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.


• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.


• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing medical education, and departmental activities.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi.


• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility as a General Practitioner.


• Certification and formal training in Aesthetic Medicine from a recognized institution.


• Current BLS certification.


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner and at least 2 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine.


• Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic procedures independently, including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.


• Experience with laser-based aesthetic procedures is preferred.


• Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.
