Job summary

Amana Talent is recruiting a Product Lead for a technology organisation delivering government digital platforms in Abu Dhabi. You will own a portfolio end to end, coordinating discovery, delivery, adoption and service quality for government clients.

You will drive strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership while exploring AI-enabled improvements within governance constraints.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or digital transformation.
• Experience with government projects or large public sector tech programs.
• Proven track record from strategy to delivery and value realization.
• Strong fundamentals in strategy, roadmapping, prioritisation and lifecycle management.
• Comfort operating in structured government approvals and governance.
• Experience driving client satisfaction, service quality and platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for assigned government products and deliverables.
• Lead governance and decisions with government stakeholders and steering committees.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch and adoption.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities within products and ensure responsible use.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage risks, dependencies and delivery quality.
