Job summary

Amer Smart Lounge Government Transactions Center in Dubai is seeking an experienced Typist / Data Entry Operator to support UAE government-related documentation, visa/residency applications, and assist walk-in clients with official transactions.

You will type and verify documents, upload filings to government portals within deadlines, address client inquiries, and maintain structured records in accordance with center protocols. Prior AMER/Tasheel/GDRFA portal experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AMER, Tasheel, visa typing, immigration, or UAE government service centers.
• Fast and accurate typing with proficiency in PC applications and online government service portals.
• Knowledge of GDRFA/AMER/ICP protocols and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process AMER, entry visa, residency, Emirates ID and related portal transactions accurately.
• Prepare, type, verify, and upload official documents and client files.
• Assist customers with government service requirements and checklists.
• Process high volumes of typing transactions within target times.
• Maintain organized transaction logs per center standards.
