Job summary

Job Description

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to secure government contracts in the building materials sector, ensuring alignment with local regulations and procurement processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding their specific needs and preferences to tailor product offerings effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends in government projects and building material requirements, positioning the company as a leading provider.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to government agencies, showcasing product benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and final closing, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and product development, to ensure the timely delivery and adaptation of products to meet client specifications.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, utilizing data analytics to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about changes in government policies and industry regulations that may impact sales opportunities in the building materials market.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish connections with potential government clients.
