Golf Receptionist

Summary

  • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, appearance, and posture at all times.
  • Greet and welcome members and guests with a smile, providing accurate information regarding membership details, dress code, policies, restaurant timings, age restrictions for children at fine dining, points of interest, and entertainment during special days.
  • Familiarize yourself with members' names and greet them accordingly.
  • Receive guests for management staff and direct them based on prior appointments.
  • Ensure availability of sufficient membership forms, brochures, a first aid kit, and other relevant reception materials.
  • Stay informed about daily activities, functions, entertainments, and the Duty Manager's identity.
  • Take messages for management in their absence and deliver them promptly upon their return.
  • Anticipate the need for taxis and follow up to prevent delays.
  • Charge guests and members for overseas calls, calls outside Dubai, and mobile calls, issuing receipts accordingly.
  • Accept reservations and cancellations (when restaurants are closed) following procedures, and inform callers about dress code, children policy, and reservation details.

Qualifications
