Summary

• Lead and develop our junior golf program, including overseeing daily lessons, practices, and tournaments.
• Redevelop and enhance the current junior program to align with modern teaching methods and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality golf instruction to junior and regular golfers of various levels.
• Design and implement engaging training sessions for junior players and guests, tailored to their goals and needs.
• Provide individual and group lessons to guests, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the head of academies and coaching team to deliver world-class instruction and assist with golf events, camps, and tournaments.
• Monitor and develop the progress of each junior player and guest for continuous improvement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with guests, encouraging long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified PGA Professional with at least 5 years of teaching experience.
• Proven expertise in junior development and coaching.
• TPI Junior Level 2 certification (required).
• Experience in developing and managing junior golf programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young athletes and teaching guests of all skill levels.
• Ability to deliver personalized instruction to diverse learners.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
