Job description

  • Lead and develop our junior golf program, including overseeing daily lessons, practices, and tournaments.
  • Redevelop and enhance the current junior program to align with modern teaching methods and best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality golf instruction to junior and regular golfers of a variety of levels.
  • Design and implement engaging and effective training sessions for both junior players and regular guests, addressing their individual goals and needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and group lessons to regular guests, ensuring a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
  • Work closely with the head of academies and coaching team to deliver world-class instruction and assist with golf events, camps, and tournaments.
  • Develop and monitor the progress of each junior player and guest to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with regular guests, fostering long-term engagement and growth at the facility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fully qualified PGA Professional with at least 5 years of teaching experience.
  • Proven expertise in junior development and coaching.
  • Experience in developing and managing junior golf programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, guests, and the coaching team.
  • A passion for working with young athletes and teaching guests of all skill levels.
  • Ability to deliver personalized instruction that meets the diverse needs of both junior players and facility guests.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
