Position: Golf Instructor - Junior Program

Summary:

• Lead and develop the junior golf program, including overseeing daily lessons, practices, and tournaments.
• Redevelop and enhance the current junior program to align with modern teaching methods and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality golf instruction to junior and regular golfers of various levels.
• Design and implement engaging training sessions tailored to individual goals and needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group lessons, fostering a welcoming learning environment.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to deliver instruction and support golf events, camps, and tournaments.
• Monitor and develop the progress of junior players and guests.
• Build positive relationships with guests to encourage long-term engagement.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified PGA Professional with at least 5 years of teaching experience.
• Proven expertise in junior development and coaching.
• TPI Junior Level 2 certification (required).
• Experience in managing junior golf programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
