Business overview:
The Middle and North Africa (MENA) Global Markets team is based in Dubai and delivers bespoke solutions to clients hedging and investment requirements across various asset classes Credit, Rates, Foreign Exchange and Equity. Developing the MENA platform is a priority for Nomura and as such, the Dubai office is home to a multitude of new initiatives. In this context, Nomura is looking to hire an intern for a 6-month period to contribute to the expansion effort.
Roles and responsibilities:
The candidate will be required to assist the MENA structurer on a variety of tasks, including:
Preparation of client marketing materials and internal presentations
Trade documentation review and preparation
Contribution to the Global Markets new regional initiatives
Support of macro and solutions sales teams
Perform various technical and qualitative analyses
Pricing of derivatives and structured products
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
Strong project management capabilities
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
