Qualifications

• Requires extensive leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in Tier-1 automotive manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the manufacturing business and ensure alignment with growth strategy.
• Own the Business P&L including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting and capex.
• Oversee multiple facilities ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Drive operational excellence with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, automation, and digital manufacturing.
• Build OEM relationships and ensure delivery, quality, and commercial commitments.
• Lead transformation toward Zero Harm, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
