Caliberly in Dubai seeks a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead end-to-end manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and quality across non-ferrous metals. You will drive operational excellence, optimize costs, and deliver on strategic growth targets.

The role requires deep industry knowledge of aluminium, copper, zinc, and related alloys, with a track record of improving productivity, safety, and profitability while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related
• MBA or equivalent preferred for senior leadership
• 15–20+ years in metals manufacturing with senior operational leadership
• Strong knowledge of non-ferrous metals and related alloys
• Experience managing large-scale facilities, P&L and CAPEX

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including production, maintenance and engineering.
• Oversee procurement, supply chain, and quality assurance to protect margins and delivery.
• Drive safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across UAE operations.
• Build and mentor senior managers; implement performance targets and reporting.
• Identify production capacity, automation and cost-reduction opportunities.
