We are seeking to recruit a senior person with a sales & technical background, a highly motivated and technically skilled General Manager of Business Development, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical team and customers, ensuring that our construction solutions meet their needs. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Sales Support:
    • Provide detailed technical presentations and demonstrations of our construction and services to clients and stakeholders.
    • Analyze customer requirements and propose effective solutions tailored to their needs.
  2. Client Relationship Management and Consulting:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and consultants.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing timely feedback.
    • Work closely with the estimation and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the development team to enhance service offerings.
  4. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and targets for specific markets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the construction sector.
  5. Training and Support:
    • Train clients and internal staff on specifications and technical usage.
    • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare technical specifications, proposals, and quotations in response to client inquiries and tenders.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project estimates and timelines.
