You will drive office openings, moves, and fit-outs, negotiate leases, and optimize vendor contracts, all while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and a strong focus on employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workplace, facilities, or real estate operations.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience managing local team leaders across multiple countries and locations.
• Proven delivery of office openings, moves, or fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety and local regulations.
• Track record of managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the global workplace strategy across leased offices and co-working spaces.
• Lead and develop local team leaders across regions.
• Oversee office openings, moves, and fit-outs on schedule and budget.
• Negotiate leases and renewals in collaboration with Finance/Legal.
• Set and enforce consistent workplace standards across sites.
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance at all locations.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets to drive cost efficiency.
