Job summary

Archirodon is seeking a Welding QC Inspector in Abu Dhabi to join a qualified quality controls team on one of our EPC projects. The role focuses on welding/RTFI criteria, inspection of welds, and ensuring adherence to project standards.

Candidates should have a mechanical engineering background, CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II radiography, 5+ years in O&G EPC projects, and strong English skills. UAE/Gulf experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas field on EPC projects.
• CSWIP 3.1 certified and ASNT Level II radiography.
• Experience with ADNOC or large-scale UAE/Gulf EPC projects.
• Fluency in English and good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify welding criteria.
• Perform verification inspection of welding/RTFI works to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Participate in on-site receiving inspection of welding materials.
• Prepare and review welding specifications, mix designs and ITPs.
• Ensure compliance with welding testing standards.
