Responsibilities

• Warehouse operation optimization: analyze inbound, inventory, outbound processes; optimize layout, routes and equipment; introduce automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Inventory management and cost control: monitor turnover and accuracy; optimize inventory structure; manage slow-moving stock; coordinate resource allocation and costs.
• Team management and standards construction: supervise warehouse teams; develop operation standards and training; ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Data-driven collaboration: analyze timeliness, cost and quality; interface with logistics and sales; coordinate resources across departments.
• Industry capability building: evolve SOPs and benchmarks; track trends; introduce new technologies and models to improve warehouse intelligence.
