Qualifications

• Senior communications leader with experience in large publicly listed organisations.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial or similarly complex global sectors preferred.
• Strong background in financial communications and capital markets messaging.
• Experience advising Board and Executive Committee stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global communications function for a major international organisation.
• Shape the company’s reputation and positioning across capital markets, global media and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic counsel to the Board, Executive Committee and senior leadership team.
• Oversee communications related to investor messaging, financial performance and earnings cycles.
• Develop market-sensitive narratives aligned with financial disclosures and strategic priorities.
• Manage relationships with analysts, institutional investors, regulators and exchange authorities.
• Lead crisis communications and reputation management at a global level.
• Drive the transformation and modernisation of the communications function.
• Build an integrated communications framework across media, digital, internal and stakeholder channels.
