The ideal candidate has proven experience in strategic communications and exceptional writing skills. Support for relocation and health insurance is available for the selected candidate. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Head of Communications

As Head of Communications, you will shape how the world hears our story — internally and externally. You’ll define our voice, protect and grow our reputation, and ensure that key audiences (customers, partners, media, and regulators) understand our mission and impact. In a rapidly evolving space like fintech and DeFi, how we communicate isn’t just branding — it fuels trust, credibility, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide communications strategy including PR, media, leadership messaging, and external narrative
• Craft clear, compelling messaging for investors, customers, partners, regulators, and press
• Manage communications across product launches, partnerships, announcements, and crises
• Collaborate with founders and executives on thought leadership, speeches, and interviews
• Build and maintain media relationships, coordinate press coverage, and prepare spokespersons
• Oversee internal communications to align global teams and reinforce culture
• Ensure consistency of messaging across channels, markets, and audiences

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, PR, or related leadership role
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging skills
• Comfortable working with executive leadership and shaping narratives at all levels
• Experience managing media relations, press launches, and crisis communications
• Ability to translate complex fintech, crypto, or regulatory topics into clear public messaging
• Strategic thinker, proactive operator, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Multi-market perspective and comfort with global communication challenges
• Experience working with global or remote teams
• English required; additional language skills a plus
• Support for relocation, visa, housing, and health insurance if required.
