Responsibilities :

• Define objectives for the Marketing function in partnership with the senior leaders of the organization and leadership team.
• Drive implementation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Empower marketing team leads across business units to succeed in their roles and deliver commercial outcomes across our product suite.
• Support our local and community management teams to grow the addressable market for our products and the overall CoinMarketCap ecosystem.
• Foster a culture of practice, performance, and data orientation through consistent project management across social media, web, chat, content, and video assets.
• Assist and enable the brand and PR teams to craft a compelling and coherent narrative about CoinMarketCap and its role in the emergence of the decentralized web.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, and revenue.
• Understanding of managing a complex portfolio of products with multiple brands, audiences, and conversion funnels.
• Experience managing budgets and making strategic trade-offs based on quantitative analysis and product outcomes.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in growing passionate user or developer communities to facilitate market adoption of technologies.
• Ability to manage a diverse, remote-first team effectively.
• Collaborative approach to working with senior stakeholders with varied perspectives.
• Ability to leverage a professional network to achieve business goals and expand the team as the business grows.
