Emirates in Dubai seeks a Sponsorships & Events Specialist to deliver end-to-end events, activations and sponsorships across regions. You will work with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure objectives, deadlines and budget compliance while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in Marketing & Media Communications, a marketing-related degree, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines. Dubai-based with travel as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Marketing & Media Communications.
• Degree or Honours (12+3) in Marketing, or equivalent in Marketing.
• Experience in marketing management in a multinational company handling sponsorships and events.
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure with high volumes and tight deadlines.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Supervisory skills to organise suppliers and resources during events.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver events, activities and Sponsorships activations at actual events.
• Ensure successful delivery of events, activities and activations within budget and timelines.
• Align with MMC brief and Marketing Operations plan.
• Define and source resource requirements for events and activations.
• Utilise company resources to manage budgets and costs.
• Oversee and manage internal/external support, escalating risks as needed.
• Advise outstations on local requirements and compliance with corporate strategy.
• Identify best practices to share across Sponsorships and Events team.
