Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Social, to shape how we engage across social media worldwide. Based in Dubai, you will own strategy and execution for priority channels, develop influencer partnerships, and build a community that drives engagement.

You will collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams, bringing platform expertise, commercial judgement, and a global perspective to social content and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in social media, including senior/lead role in B2B tech/fintech/financial services.
• Proven ability to set social strategy for global channels.
• Strong portfolio of platform-native content across written, visual and short-form video formats.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve Sokin’s global organic social strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Define channel roles, audiences, editorial rhythm and success metrics.
• Build a consistent Sokin voice while adapting content to platform behavior and regional relevance.
