Confidential Careers is seeking a Pastry Chef / Senior Pastry Chef for an International Hospitality Group. The role offers exposure to luxury hotels and premium restaurants across multiple locations with travel.

You will lead pastry operations, develop desserts, train junior staff, and ensure HACCP standards while maintaining high presentation and control of costs. Must hold a passport and be willing to relocate for international assignments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Pastry Chef or senior pastry position.
• Experience in high-end hospitality, luxury hotels or premium restaurants.
• Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, viennoiserie and modern pastry.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency and presentation.
• Previous experience leading and developing pastry teams.
• Good understanding of food costs, stock control and kitchen operations.
• Willingness to travel and work across different countries.
• Must hold a passport and have the legal right to travel and work internationally.
• Willing to relocate for assignments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and execute day-to-day pastry operations to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality pastries, desserts and baked products in line with the concept and culinary standards.
• Lead and support the pastry team, ensuring strong organization, discipline and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, quality and attention to detail.
• Support menu development, new products and seasonal pastry offerings.
• Ensure correct mise en place, production planning and efficient kitchen organisation.
• Monitor food quality, waste, portion control and product consistency.
• Train and develop junior pastry team members.
• Work closely with Executive Chefs and senior culinary leadership across different projects.
• Travel internationally to different locations across the group’s portfolio.
