Job Description

As a Global Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding the regional Global Sales team, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Millennium Hotels' presence across key markets. The role requires strategic oversight, high-impact relationship management, and strong leadership to foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture aligned with the company's overall business objectives in the hospitality industry.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership and direction to the Middle East Global Sales team, ensuring clear targets, motivation, and ongoing development.
  2. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue from key accounts and new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies (TMCs), and other strategic partners.
  5. Lead negotiations and close high-value corporate contracts and global strategic partnerships across Millennium Hotels.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and company objectives.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Represent Millennium Hotels at key trade events, client meetings, and industry forums across the region.
  9. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  10. Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
