Role Overview

Pay10 is seeking a strategic and experienced Global Sales Director with deep fintech knowledge and a proven record in enterprise sales across international markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships worldwide, with the ability to lead and scale a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global enterprise sales strategies, prospecting, client engagement, and long-term account development.
  • Identify and close high-value merchant and partner opportunities across regions including the UK, Europe, MENA, Asia, and North America.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects in key verticals: retail, travel, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, and enterprise services.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure market-fit solutions and smooth delivery.
  • Stay informed on international market trends, regulatory changes, and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at global conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums to boost brand visibility and create business opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a geographically diverse sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Over 10 years of B2B sales leadership experience in fintech, payments, or financial services globally.
  • Successful track record managing large-scale enterprise accounts internationally.
  • In-depth knowledge of fintech solutions like payment gateways, POS systems, embedded finance, cross-border payments, and merchant services.
  • Strong network within global fintech, banking, or enterprise sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to different time zones and cultures.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
