Job summary

Clarins Group, a globally leading skincare and makeup company, seeks an experienced Retail Demand & Inventory Planner to lead the end-to-end commercial distribution order cycle and ensure product availability across direct retail markets.

The role collaborates with internal teams and distribution partners to translate commercial targets into accurate forecasts, inventory plans and timely order execution, driving KPI performance and stock health. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in demand planning, inventory management or distribution.
• Experience in beauty, luxury retail, FMCG preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Excel and BI; CEGID experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail demand planning and rolling 3–6 month forecasts and order plans.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing, excess inventory and risks; take corrective actions.
• Plan stock for launches, promotions, testers, samples and rewards; manage the monthly S&OP inputs.
• Coordinate stock availability, order processing, invoicing and shipment with Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
• Prepare monthly replenishment orders and provide recommendations on assortment and inventory productivity.
• Develop dashboards and provide management with actionable insights and reporting improvements.
