Job summary

NRG Marine Limited (Sonihull) a member of the Alfa Laval group is seeking an experienced Product Development & R&D Manager to lead innovation, product design and technical integration across legacy and emerging lines. Based in Abu Dhabi with occasional international travel, you will drive ultrasonic antifouling and agitation system projects from concept to delivery.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, own the roadmap, align with market needs and Alfa Laval's integration

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years leading product development and R&D teams.
• Experience with ultrasonic or electrical systems is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of ultrasonic product portfolio from concept to delivery.
• Own and drive product and systems roadmap ensuring alignment with market needs and Alfa Laval integration strategy.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between NRG Marine and Alfa Laval engineering teams for cross‑product synergies.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team overseeing project planning and delivery timelines.
• Use market intelligence and customer feedback to inform R&D focus and future product evolution.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across global teams.
