Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree and professional qualifications as psychologist or psychotherapist.
• Licensed to practice and able to provide confidential counselling.
• Experience in trauma management and dealing with critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counselling upon request with strict confidentiality.
• Deliver PSP briefings/debriefings to staff individually or in groups.
• Provide training, webinars or workshops on stress management and psychological support.
• Contribute to PSS reporting schedule and maintain client confidentiality.
• Complete statistics in the established system.
• Attend HR/PSP meetings and coordinate with OHSW unit.
