Job summary

Provident Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant to advise international investors on Off-Plan and Secondary opportunities in Dubai. You will guide clients remotely through market briefings, video viewings, and documentation, while building lasting relationships for repeat business.

Ideal candidates have real estate experience with international clients and an understanding of Dubai's market. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, and comfort with time-zone differences is essential.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience, ideally with international or investor clients.
• Good understanding of the Dubai market and investment dynamics.
• Comfortable working across time zones and communicating clearly by phone, video and message.
• Additional languages are a real asset (French, Russian, Mandarin, German, Arabic or others).
• Patient, reliable and focused on long-term relationships rather than quick wins.

Responsibilities

• Advise international investors on Off-Plan and Secondary opportunities, based on goals.
• Guide clients through every step remotely: market briefings, video viewings, payment plans, documentation and handover.
• Build long-term relationships, with investors returning for subsequent properties.
• Work alongside developer partners to match clients with the right projects.
