Job summary

Bitunix Fintech LLC is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Programmatic Lead to build and manage our global programmatic media buying. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Moloco, Liftoff, Applovin, and StackAdapt in high-growth regions.

You will work closely with the Performance Lead, Martech, Data, and Creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns across web and mobile apps

Qualifications

5+ years managing programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs.
Strong track record in mobile-first performance marketing.
Experience with regulated verticals is a strong advantage.
Proficient in measurement platforms like GA4 and Firebase.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global programmatic strategies across display, native, video, and mobile app campaigns.
Manage DSP platforms and optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversions.
Perform audience targeting, segmentation, and bid optimization with frequency capping and brand safety checks.
Collaborate with Creative, Martech, Data teams and regional marketers for market-specific insights.
Maintain dashboards and report platform-level and channel-level performance trends.
