Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an Operations Specialist - Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics to support procurement, international trade, supply chain, import/export operations, and order fulfilment from our Dubai office, with a primary focus on Angola.

The role requires coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across global markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, or related field.
3–5 years in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations (FMCG/food preferred).
Experience coordinating international procurement and import/export operations.
Knowledge of shipping, Incoterms, customs docs, freight forwarding.
SAP Business One experience.
Certification such as CIPS/CILT/APICS is a plus.
Experience in African markets, Angola preferred.
UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end procurement of raw materials and supplies using SAP Business One.
Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, issue POs.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and PO status for on-time deliveries.
Coordinate international import/export shipments by sea, air, and land.
Prepare shipping docs: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates, insurance, customs papers.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
