Job summary

JD.com, a global technology and supply chain leader, seeks a Procurement Specialist based in Dubai. The role focuses on developing procurement strategies, vendor development, tendering, and cross-border project execution across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

You will work closely with International Development Management, Asset Management, and Business Development teams to meet targets and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in industrial and/or logistics projects focused on the Middle East/Europe/Asia.
• Strong understanding of local procurement market, cost benchmarks, local regulations and legal requirements.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle procurement experiences in the Logistic & Industrial Sector.
• English language proficiency; knowledge of Chinese/Arabic/German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for Development Projects in the Middle East/Europe/Asia region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs, plan timelines, and align with project schedules.
• Lead tendering, bidding, and procurement execution, including contract awards and orders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international procurement best practices.
