Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in financial management or economics required.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• 7–10 years in management consultancy, investment banking or corporate finance with a focus on large capital investments.
• GCC project finance experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop dashboards / performance reports for portfolio companies and ensure timely reporting reflecting activities, achievements and risks.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and long-term plans with management of portfolio companies.
• Coordinate with banks to optimise financing and ensure covenant compliance.
• Evaluate and structure M&A opportunities, JV structures and integration planning.
• Build and review financial models for projects and present analyses to Investment Committees.
• Support governance by drafting/ reviewing board documents and ensuring compliance with policies.
