Job summary

KBR in Dubai is seeking an Associate Payroll Specialist for a 6-month assignment. You will process US, UK, and Canada payrolls, respond to employee queries, and support payroll documentation using Cost Point and MS Dynamics.

The role requires knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and strong English communication. Fresh UAE graduates are welcome; experience with SAP or Workday is a plus. This is an entry-level position with potential for expansion.

Qualifications

• 1) Bachelors or equivalent; Preference on payroll processing experience for US/UK/Canada Payrolls.
• 2) Experience in SAP/MS Dynamics (ERP) and Workday payroll system is an advantage.
• 3) Understanding of Federal/State & Local payroll laws.
• 4) Proficient in MS Office; good data analytics; strong communication in English.
• 5) Fresh Commerce graduates who studied in UAE are considered.

Responsibilities

• Process US weekly/biweekly payrolls and respond to employee queries.
• Process timesheet inputs through Costpoint and MS Dynamics; process one-time earnings and deductions.
• Organize production of payroll checks and provide related information.
• Assess current structure and suggest efficient enhancements to payroll processes.
• Cross-train on other country payroll processing and tax as needed.
