Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced professional to analyze and enhance operations performance across its global logistics and maritime activities. You will collect data, run KPI-based gap analyses, and prepare comprehensive reports to guide performance improvement plans.

You will review indicators, benchmark against best practices, and work with planning to address forecast shortfalls while coordinating contractor performance reviews and supplier evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering disciplines.
• 6+ years of experience in operations/performance analysis or similar.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the Operations Performance and run gap analysis to identify improvement areas using KPIs and benchmarking.
• Collect and analyse performance data from Operations activities and produce reports to support improvement plans.
• Perform detailed days reconciliation to identify planning issues versus execution efficiency.
• Review operations performance indicators and suggest new indicators or changes for better measurement.
• Analyse operational performance to identify weak areas and best practices and develop improvement recommendations.
• Compile monthly performance reports from all units to drive remedial actions and improvements.
• Participate in external benchmarking by collecting operational performance data.
• Identify forecast shortfalls and help develop corrective strategies with Planning and Business Improvement.
• Assist in preparing contractor performance evaluations and coordinate service performance reviews.

• Analyse the Operations Performance, run gap analysis to identify the areas for improvement of all operations & processes by utilizing all applicable performance KPIs and benchmarking the results.

• u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Review all operations performance indicators and make recommendations to either add to the portfolio of indicators or changes existing indicators to ensure that operations performance is measured in the most appropriate and efficient manner.
