Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Lead – Business Operations, Global Oncology to drive launch excellence and early access strategies in emerging markets where oncology leadership is limited.

The role partners with the Head of Global Commercial Oncology and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, optimal resource allocation, and robust commercial infrastructure, including CRM and analytics.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, with a strong focus on oncology.
• Proven track record in global or regional commercial roles and launches.
• Experience in launch excellence, emerging markets, or distributor-led markets.
• Experience operating in complex, fast-evolving oncology markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive launch excellence and early access strategies across small- to mid-sized markets.
• Lead development and execution of go-to-market models for distributor-led or hybrid markets.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply to ensure timely market entry.
• Develop launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms.
• Lead CRM implementation and standardization of commercial processes and dashboards.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and analytics to optimize ROIs.
• Oversee governance forums and cross-functional alignment.
